Can accommodate up to 8 people. 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, salon and eating/dining area. Two outside decks. Great condition for the boat constructed in 1984. Perfect weekend retreat. Very much enjoyed this boat for two summers. The owner is moving out of Canada. Here is more technical description: Holiday Monsion Housecruiser 380 Baracuda vessel has dual helm stations and a four cabin layout with a large outside deck above salon. Propulsion provided by twin Volve V8 gasoline engines driving though Volvo Dual stern drives. Vessel gelcoat is ivory/beige finish with black accent striping. Construction details: Vessel manufactured by Holiday Mansion International of Albany, Kentucky, USA. The vessel is constructed in the conventional FRP laminate method. It is built in 2 pieces one the full and the complete upper deck structure the other. The full being a series of aminations of chopped strand mat bonded with orthophalic polyester resin and finished externally in pigmented gelcoat. Hull suffering is facilitated by substantial stringers encapsulated by fiberglass rowing bonded to the full lengh of the full. These stringers also facilitate engine mounts in stern of vessel. Onan 6.5 generator, in good order, properly vented and exausted throu stem transom. 3 heavy duty marine bataries securely mounted and properly wired to marine battery switches, all wire connectors are secure and in good order. Accommodations: Downstairs are: One downstairs (front) Cabin: two double beds with small windows on the both sides of the boat. One bathroom with sink. Manual toilet. Storage area. Upstairs: One (rear) cabin with small corner area that is presently serving as baby bed. Can be a sitting or reading area. One bathroom with shower and sink. Main area: kitchen with electric stove, microwaive and full size fridge. Dining/eating area. Entrance/salon has small sofa but potentially can fit foldable double size sofa. Outside: small front deck with roof and mini mobile BBQ. Upper deck presently equiped with outside bench, table and four chairs. The boat can accommodate up to 15 people sitting comfortable in upper and lower deck and up to 8 people sleeping on the boat.
